The Platte County High School Soccer Camp has been set for the third week in June. The Youth Camp is June 19th-21st from 6-8pm. The High School Camp is June 19th-23rd from 10am-noon. It is located at Platte County High School/grass field behind Platte City Middle School. The camp costs $30 and includes a t-shirt.
FYI – admission to tonight’s MSHSAA Sectional Soccer game will be $7.00 with no passes allowed. Game begins at 6:00 PM. Come out and support our Pirates Soccer team as they take on Kansas City East HS. The winner of tonight’s game advances to Saturday’s quarterfinal game vs. the winner of Grain Valley – Belton.
Our Pirates Soccer team defeated conference foe, Kearney last night 3-0 to capture the MSHSAA Class 3 District 16 championship. The guys will now advance to the MSHSAA Sectional on Tuesday, 11/1/16 that will be held at Pirate Stadium. Game time and opponent are currently TBD. This is the 2nd time in 3 years that
PCHS will host the MSHSAA Class 3, District 16 Boys Soccer Tournament beginning tonight. Your Pirates, the top seed, will play St. Joseph Lafayette at 5:00 PM. Second seeded Smithville takes on Kearney in the evening game. The 2016-17 school year is just around the corner and Fall sports practices begin on August 1. All students who tryout for a sport MUST have a current physical before they can participate. PCHS will host a Sports Physical Day on Saturday, July 23 at 9:00. Cost is $10. Here is a list of fall

Our Pirates Soccer team defeated St. Joseph Lafayette 5-0 in the semi-finals of the MSHSAA Class 3 District 16 tournament on Tuesday evening. Paul Testorff scored 2 goals and Baylor Cox, Chandler Peterson and Foster Walrath each scored 1 goal in the victory. Goalkeepers Bailey Ride and Ethan Leftridge provided the shutout.
